Eligibility for Refunds
✅ Full Refunds – Available within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
✅ Partial Refunds – Issued for returned items showing signs of wear or missing tags.

Non-Refundable Items
❌ Final sale items (marked "Non-Refundable")
❌ Custom-made or personalized products
❌ Items damaged due to improper use

How to Request a Refund

Reason for return

Photos (if applicable)

We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges
✅ Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for:

Wrong size/color (subject to stock availability)

Minor defects (verified by our team)

How to Request an Exchange

Desired replacement details

We’ll guide you through the return process and arrange a new shipment once the original item is received.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Report within 48 hours of delivery by emailing service@lookuperu.com with:

Photos/videos of the issue

We’ll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable) and ship a replacement free of charge.

Tip: Always inspect packages upon delivery and save all packaging materials for claims.

4. Important Notes
Return Shipping: Customers cover return costs unless the return is due to our error.

Processing Time: Refunds/exchanges may take 7-14 business days after we receive the item.

International Returns: Duties/taxes are non-refundable; consider using a tracked shipping method.
